About us
MotionListings creates cinematic property listing videos from the photographs and media you supply. These terms apply to every order placed with us.
Orders & payment
You submit a property and pay in full upfront. Production begins once your payment has cleared. Our standard turnaround is a 24-hour target from the point we have everything we need — this is an estimate, not a guarantee, and we'll let you know if a particular job needs longer.
What you provide
By submitting a property you confirm that you have the right to use the images, links and information you send us, and that you're authorised to market the property. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.
Delivery
All films are delivered digitally to your account on this website (the “My Videos” area). There is no physical shipping. See our Delivery Policy for more.
Using your film
Once your order is paid in full, you may use the finished film to market the property across property portals, social media and your own channels. MotionListings retains ownership of the underlying project files and may feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
Restyled & Potential videos
Our “Restyled” (virtual staging) and “Potential” (refurbishment visualisation) styles show a property altered from its current condition. Where you use these versions, you are responsible for clearly disclosing them as visualisations — for example on Rightmove or Zoopla — and for not presenting them as the property's true current state. MotionListings is not responsible for how these versions are labelled or used once delivered.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that film. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order.
