Every MotionListings film is produced to order for your specific property, so our refund terms reflect that this is a bespoke, made-to-order service.
Payment
Payment is taken in full when you submit a property. We begin production once your payment has cleared.
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. However, because each film is bespoke and made to your order, this right does not apply once we have started work with your agreement. By submitting a property and paying, you are asking us to begin straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once production has started.
- Before we start: if you contact us before we begin editing, we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.
- Once we've started: because the work is bespoke, orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Revisions
We want you to love your film. Each order includes one round of minor revisions — such as music choice, pacing or clip order — requested within 7 days of delivery, at no extra cost. Substantial changes or additional versions may incur a further charge, which we'll quote before proceeding.
If something isn't right
If your film has a genuine fault, or doesn't match the brief you provided, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right at no cost. If we're unable to, we'll agree a fair partial or full refund with you.
